Fun fast breakfast at our house.
It just takes a little step the night before. But it makes a fast filling breakfast.
Soak about 2 cups oat groats in water night before
In morning drain the water
Place in blender with:
1 tbs coconut oil
Banana or other fruit (peaches are yummiest)
Enough almond milk to blend well at desired consistency
cinnamon vanilla or nutmeg
Top with yogurt and extra almond milk and granola if you have any or some raisins. The possibilities are endless!

Ooo - thank you for this one! I have to try this once I get a new blender - my old one just died a couple weeks ago!
